Water shader

This shader is inspired by the stylized water seen in games like Genshin Impact and other anime-style titles. I wanted to capture a bright, clean look with moving reflections, soft foam edges, and wave animation. The focus was on keeping it light and readable for gameplay while still feeling lively and dynamic.
